Seminar title: Long-Term Preventive Health — Building the Habit Now

•    Routine health screenings — why they matter and when to start
•    Blood pressure monitoring — understanding your numbers and what they mean
•    Diabetes risk — identifying early risk factors and protective behaviours
•    Lifestyle factors — the role of sleep, physical activity, and avoiding smoking and alcohol
•    Building preventive health habits now for long-term wellbeing

This seminar is a free educational initiative designed to equip students with practical health knowledge for a healthier future. There will also be an interactive session for questions and discussion.

Please note that participants will be required to take a short pre- and post-test electronically, so kindly come along with a smartphones.
